Inspired by the current graphic trend for multiplying geometric forms, here we present an arrangement of hexagons which seem similar at first glance but which are, in fact, all different.Their design is evocative of a beehive with its hexagonal wax cavities, certain of which are empty, whilst other are full or partially full. The differing coloration of the hexagons occasions a perception of rotational movement which recalls the recherch effects of optical or kinetic art. Hand tufted rug in 100% wool
